Whether you are looking for a lite refresh or updated decor and accessories throughout your home, my styling services will give your home a renewed and polished look by incorporating new elements with your existing, cherished pieces.
The first step in the process is getting to know each other
During this 15-minute discovery call, we will discuss your goals and style to completely understand your project and preferences. This will allow me to recommend the service I think will best fit your needs.
This design service is all about styling your home using what you already own. Consider it a mini-refresh. You won’t believe the difference a few hours can make and when I am done, you will have a gorgeously refreshed home without having bought anything new.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
This service will take up to 3 hours in your home and may include any of the following:
* A preliminary 15-20 minute phone call to explain your goals and which rooms you need help with
* Completion of a styling questionnaire
* Reviewing photos of your current space & inspiration
* Rearranging of furniture for optimal flow (up to 50lbs)
* De-cluttering recommendations and optimizing space in agreed-upon rooms within the home
* Lighting and accessory arrangement
* Color & Window Treatment advice
* Suggestions on types of accessories & furnishings to achieve your style goals
* Scheduling of additional services, if needed
* Before & after photos will be taken to showcase your home's stunning transformation
This service focuses on styling with your existing furniture and décor, helping you to create a fresh, cohesive look. This service does not include sourcing or purchasing new accessories or décor items. If you’d like to update your home with new décor, accent pieces, or accessories, consider the “Refresh” package, which includes personalized recommendations and professional styling guidance to elevate your space.
Payment in full is required when booking to secure an appointment.
Up to 3 hours. Additional time is charged at $150 per hour in 30 minute increments
This design service is all about styling your home using a combination of what you already own plus new decor & accessories to make your home look and feel current. I will shop and select the perfect decor items for you, then style them in your home. You won’t believe the difference a few tweaks can make and when I am done, you will have a gorgeously refreshed space that is uniquely you.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
This service includes a 1 hour review in the home to determine your decor and accessories needs, followed by a shopping trip to purchase the items, and then a return visit to install and style the items for up to 2 hours. The service may include the following:
* A preliminary 15-20 minute phone call to explain your goals and which rooms you need help with
* Completion of a styling questionnaire
* Reviewing photos of your current space & inspiration photos
* Rearranging of furniture for optimal flow (up to 50lbs)
* De-cluttering recommendations and optimizing the space
* Lighting and accessory arrangement
* Color & Window Treatment advice
* Shopping for small decor and accessories (up to 3 hours)
* Before & after photos will be taken to showcase your room's stunning transformation
This service focuses on styling and finishing touches only and does not include assistance with selecting new furniture pieces or full-room interior design. Open floor plans are counted as multiple rooms based on their distinct functional areas (e.g., living room, dining area, and kitchen).
Payment in full is required when booking to secure an appointment.
Up to 3 hours in the home plus 3 hours of shopping.
Additional time is charged at $150 per hour in 30 minute increments
Client is responsible for transport of rugs 8x10 or larger, large art and decor pieces .
Shopping Services do not include the cost of decor & accessories

Consider this as having a design consultant available to you when you need one. Whether you need to bounce an idea off me, get confirmation that your selection is the right one, or have me tag along to a retail store or showroom, this service is all about flexibility.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
After the discovery call, we will book a block of hours based on your goals. You can use these hours however you wish! Here are some examples of how I can help you move your project forward:
* Confirmation that your selections will work together
* Bounce an idea off a professional with a trained eye
* Help selecting paint colors, wallpapper, flooring
* Window treatments
* Furniture. lighting and decor recommendations from your favorite retail stores or trade-exclusive sources
* Help selecting the right hard finishes for your kitchen or bathroom such as the tile, faucets, hardware, countertops, etc.
* Shopping for decor & accessories
* Floor plan recommendations for the best furniture layout
* Moodboard to pull your ideas together
I am here to hold your hand and provide all the expert advice I can to help you make the right decisions without the need to hire a full-service interior design firm.
I will help you make your home a perfect reflection of you, no matter how small the project is.
There is a minimum block of 10 hours for this service. Payment is due upfront for design work to begin.
We’ll determine a budget and then shop for all of the accessories that add the WOW factor to each space in your home. As an expert in sourcing the best items at the most reasonable prices, you can't go wrong.
This is an add-on service for small accessories and decor only.
Cash or Credit Card is required up front.
You will receive receipts and any unused cash back when shopping is complete.

I highly recommend Jodi for any renovations that you might want to do.
We hired Jodi to help with a "face lift" for our kitchen. She was wonderful and creative, especially with choosing paint colors for the cabinets to brighten and modernize the kitchen. She suggested a beautiful blue for the lowers and a creamy white for the uppers. She accompanied us to a quartz showroom to select new counters and a stone and tile showroom to choose a new backsplash. She also chose a beautiful color for the walls of our entire first floor and a coordinating color for the powder room. Jodi's prices are reasonable, and she guides you through each step of the process.

Cancellations / Rescheduling / Refund Policy:
Cancellations require a minimum of 2 business days notice prior to the appointment to receive a refund, minus a $50 admin. fee.
To reschedule your service, we require a minimum of 2 business days notice prior to the appointment otherwise you will be subject to a $150 fee.
No partial or full refunds will be issued for any service with less than 2 business days notice.
