Now more than ever, we need rooms that bring us joy and comfort... and have a purpose.  Since we are spending so much more time in our homes, the wish list of things we want to update or change has probably gotten a lot longer.  

At Kelly Home Designs our goal is simple; we want to help you transform your space into one that perfectly reflects your family's style, needs and comfort. Whether you need a little bit of guidance or a complete plan, we are here to help solve your decorating needs (and shorten that list).  



During this 25 minute discovery call we will discuss your goals and style in order to completely understand your project and preferences.  This will allow us to recommend the design service we think will best fit your unique needs.


This service is designed to give you all the objective, expert advice you need to do the design work yourself.    


First, we'll start with the 25 minute discovery call to understand your decorating needs.  

Before the consultation, you will be asked to complete a design questionnaire and to provide photos of the areas you would like to redesign as well as inspiration photos.

During the consultation, we will offer expert advice on how to solve your decorating dilemmas, while you take notes.  

Have all your questions ready for us so we can make the most of our time together and answer them for you!  If you have samples you would like advice on, make sure you've got those handy too.

The consultation will take up to 90 minutes in your home and may include the following:

*A review of the Design Questionnaire

*Review and discuss your inspiration pins & photos

*Provide adivce on optimal furniture arrangement and flow 

*Guidance on how to de-clutter, rearrange and optimize space in each room 

*Lighting & window treatment ideas

*Accessory arrangement

*Color advice

*Help selecting the right fabric, hardware, fooring, or any other items you may want assistance with (have samples with you)

*Suggested shopping list of accessories and furnishings to achieve your style goals

*Taking before photos so we can marvel at the transformation once it is complete

*Time permitting, we will begin implementing some of our design suggestions

*Schedule additional time & services, if needed

When we are done, you will walk away with expert recommendations to help you complete the design process and you will be well on your way to a home that is beautiful and uniquely you.

Payment in full is due at booking to secure an appointment

Up to 90 minutes, additional time is charged at $150 per hour in 30 minute increments


This full-day design service is all about rolling up our sleeves and working together to start rearranging and styling your spaces. You won’t believe the difference a day can make using what you already own.

This service will take up to 7 hours in your home with 2 hours of prep. time and and includes the following:

*Walk-through of the home

*Review of the Design Questionnaire

*Review and discuss your inspiration pins & photos

*Rearrange furniture for optimal flow (up to 50lbs)

*De-clutter and optimize space in agreed upon rooms within the home

*Lighting and accessory arrangement 

*Color & window treatment advice

*Suggested shopping list of accessories/furnishings to achieve your style goals

*Schedule additional services, if needed

Design accessories may be brought in to give you a “visual aide” of what to purchase for modernizing your home

Ideally we'll shop together at a local Home Décor store (or online) right after this appointment, so that we can get new accessories and furnishings for each space while it’s fresh in our minds.

We will take before & after photos so we can marvel at the transformation when it is complete.

When we are done, you will have a gorgeously refreshed home that is uniquely you.

Payment in full is required when booking to secure an appointment.

Every home and design need is unique. We can develop a custom plan tailored to your individual needs, no matter how big or small the project or budget.  This service is available after a Design Consultation has been completed.

After the consultation, we will book a block of hours to work together to achieve your goals.  You can use these hours however you wish!  Here are some examples of how we can help you move your project forward:

Just need confirmation that your selections will work together?

Need to bounce and idea off of someone with a trained eye?  

* Need help selecting paint colors?

* Do you need a floorplan to understand the best furniture layout in your space or a mood board to pull it all together?

* What about selecitng the right hard finishes for your kitchen or bathroom such as the tile, faucets, hardware, countertops, etc?

* Or do you need something a bit more?  We can help you with all of the above and then some!

We are here to hold your hand and provide all of the expert advice we can to help you make the right decisions without having to hire a full service interior design firm!

We will help make your home a perfect reflection of you, no matter how big or small the project is.

A design consultation is required before this service can be booked

There is a minimum block of 10 hours beyond the consulatation for this service

$95 per hour

We’ll determine a budget and then shop for all of the accessories that add the WOW factor to each space in your home.  As experts in sourcing the best items at the most reasonable prices, you can't go wrong.

This is an add-on service only

Cash or Credit Card is required up front.  

You will receive receipts and any unused cash back when shopping is complete.

I highly recommend Jodi for any renovations that you might want to do.  We hired Jodi to help with a "face lift" for our kitchen. She was wonderful and creative, especially with choosing paint colors for the cabinets to brighten and modernize the kitchen. Cancellations / Rescheduling / Refunds:  

If you need to cancel your service for any reason, we require a minimum of 72 hours notice prior to the appointment to receive a refund, minus a $50 admin. fee.

If you need to reschedule your service, we require a minimum of 72 hours notice prior to the appointment otherwise there will be an additional fee of $150.

 No partial or full refunds will be issued for any service with less than 72 hours notice.
